These terms govern all users of Clean Peptide (operated by DynamicAds LLC) and must be agreed upon before completing any transaction. All materials available on this platform are distributed strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and developmental analytical purposes only. Products are explicitly not for human consumption, therapeutic use, or veterinary applications. Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age. By submitting an order, the Buyer agrees to all operational frameworks and indemnifies DynamicAds LLC and Clean Peptide from any liabilities.

1. Waiver & Total Disclaimer of Liability

• Purchase Agreement: By accessing and purchasing from this platform, you confirm that you have thoroughly reviewed and accepted all provisions stated herein. You must be at least 21 years old to place an order.
• Under no legal circumstance shall Clean Peptide, DynamicAds LLC, its directors, employees, or contracted affiliates be held liable for any direct, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from contract claims, handling negligence, strict liability, or non-compliant product usage.
• By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DynamicAds LLC and Clean Peptide from and against all legal claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the receipt, storage, handling, or downstream application of the products, whether utilized individually or compounded with alternative chemical reagents.

2. Strict Research & Laboratory Use Only (RUO)

Non-Negotiable Compliance Baseline: All chemical reagents and peptide compounds cataloged by Clean Peptide are formulated and sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory experimentation, scientific assays, and analytical characterization. None of our products are dietary supplements, medical pharmaceuticals, or cosmetic formulations, and they have not been certified or approved by regulatory bodies for human or animal application.

Strictly Prohibited Applications:

• Oral ingestion, sublingual administration, or general human consumption
• In vivo administration, including human or veterinary injections
• Integration into consumer food products, cosmetics, or proprietary drugs
• Re-sale or distribution for unapproved clinical applications
• Any deployment violating federal, state, or international chemical safety statutes

Professional Handling Requirement: All items must be handled exclusively by qualified, trained laboratory researchers or licensed scientific institutions equipped with certified personal protective equipment (PPE) and environmental containment controls.

3. Purchaser Representations & Responsibilities

By executing a transaction with Clean Peptide, the customer certifies through their own institutional evaluation that they are fully qualified and compliant with:

• Federal, state, and regional statutory controls governing chemical hazard mitigation and worker safety protocols.
• Proper technical practices for testing, handling, and disposing of laboratory-grade compounds.
• Ensuring that purchased compounds are handled in accordance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory guidelines where applicable.

DynamicAds LLC reserves the absolute right to cancel transactions, terminate account access, or withhold distribution if an unauthorized or non-research intent is suspected.

4. International Shipping, Customs & Regulatory Compliance

DynamicAds LLC does not guarantee that its chemical formulations comply with domestic regulatory matrices outside of our primary jurisdiction. International purchasers assume full responsibility for evaluating the legality of receiving research items within their respective territories, including clearing customs tariffs, compliance fees, and import documentation.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and all contractual sales shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard applicable commercial statutes. Any dispute, legal challenge, or arbitration arising from transaction execution shall be addressed exclusively through appropriate commercial courts possessing direct territorial jurisdiction.
